Reserve Your Services in Advance
LeVonne de Spa is a reservation day spa. We do accept same day reservations. Walk ins are not encouraged. For best availability reserve your appointment beforehand. It is very important to let the receptionist know if you are pregnant, have any special needs, allergies or medical conditions which require special accommodations. By offering this information ahead of time, we will be fully prepared to accommodate you upon your arrival.
Turn your Cell Phone & Pager Off
We strictly enforce this as common courtesy to other spa guests. Answering, calling or speaking on your cell phone is not permitted. Please remember to turn off any mobile devices prior to your spa visit, better yet leave the phone in your car.
Gratuity May or May Not Be Included in Your Service Price.
A standard gratuity is 20% of the original spa treatment cost. This amount will usually be added through a spa website purchase. Gift certificates may not have this amount added. Though the Spa may be participating in a discounted treatment, your spa therapist is still doing the same amount of work. Unsure of the original price of the treatment, don't be afraid to ask for the service amount. While not required, it is a common courtesy and a great way to show your therapist that they did an exceptional job.
Children (17 & under) and Pets are not Permitted in the Spa
We love 'em too, however our relaxation sanctuary doesn't cater to them. Please make appropriate arrangements for the care of both during your visit to the spa.

There is no need to dress to impress. If you're coming from the office, bring casual clothes to wear after your treatment is you are not returning to the office. You may walk in feeling restricted and stressed but be assured you will leave feeling limber and revitalized so bring something comfy to wear post-treatment.

Speak Up, We'll Listen (Massage Session Tips)
The right pressure, temperature, and comfort level varies from individual to individual. We're good as what we do, but our therapists aren't mind readers. We strive to make you as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do to make your experience more pleasurable, don't be afraid to your therapist know.
Limit your Intake of Food & Alcohol
Please try not to eat for at least an hour before your spa treatment. And though we provide spa appetizers and lunches, please understand that they will be light. A brief note on consumption of alcohol on the day of the treatment: Alcohol consumption and spa treatments are similar as both contribute to the dehydration factor. Limit or avoid alcoholic beverages if you are planning a trip to the spa.
Water is Your Friend...Indulge Yourself
Our spa treatments often release damaging toxins from your body, so proper hydration is important. Flushing is a good thing, so be sure to drink plenty of water before and after your treatment. Don't worry if you forget we will kindly remind you and offer a fresh lemon slice.
