• We offer a most relaxing environment for our clients. The equipment is engineered to support individuals weighing up to 300 lbs, accommodating users with varying body types.
• All spa and salon services are by reservation or appointment. Same-day services may be available.
• Reservations can be confirmed online using a credit card or by contacting customer service over the phone. Please note that online pricing is not applicable for payments made via phone, unless there is an error in the checkout process.

• Gift certificates issued to a specific individual are non-transferable and cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.

CHECK-IN PROTOCOLS
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time for check-in, perhaps enjoy a beverage and a few moments to consult with your therapist or service provider. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the service length has been adjusted not to inconvenience other guests. The total price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly, especially during inclement weather. This allows time for travel safely, check-in appropriately, and enjoying a beverage and needed consultation time with your therapist or service provider.
• We kindly ask that you respect your fellow guests and contribute to the tranquil ambiance we strive to create. To ensure a peaceful experience, cell phone use is not permitted within the spa. We encourage you to either turn off your phone or set it to vibrate upon your arrival. Please note that spa services will not be interrupted by incoming calls or text messages, allowing everyone to fully enjoy their time of relaxation. Thank you for your understanding!
RESERVATIONS
To secure your preferred appointment times, we recommend making reservations at least two weeks in advance, or 4-6 weeks ahead for weekends and the holiday season. A credit card purchase or guarantee is required at the time of booking.
RUNNING A FEW MINUTES BEHIND?
Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we likely will have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest, or you may have a longer wait time for a different service professional to accommodate your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we must be fair to the next client. If you are late, please call the spa to let us know; this may help you immensely.

GRATUITY MANAGEMENT - Purchasing, Sending, Receiving Gift Certificates
Gratuity is not included in the list, nor is the online price of service or spa packages added to the featured price. Our customary spa tipping policy is approximately 20%+ processing fee for online (automatically added during check-out) or card payments in person. Cash upon arrival for services is not permitted. If you wish to add additional funds to give to your spa therapist, that is up to your individual discretion. You may tip the therapist additionally in your service room or upon check-out at the front desk with cash.
• We can not charge 'gratuity only' on a credit card in the spa. A service must be purchased to add a gratuity. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Gift certificates are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate(s).
• Gift certificates have no cash value, non-refundable and non-transferable
• Gift certificates are only valid once payment has been received and processed by credit card
• LeVonne de Spa reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any gift certificate purchase for any reason, returning either the full amount or a portion of the funds to the purchaser.

REDEEMING GIFT CERTIFICATES
A service purchased at www.levonnedespa.com may not always be classified as a gift certificate; it may also be a service voucher. In accordance with Michigan law, both services and dollar-amount certificates are valid for five years. However, promotional prices with a designated expiration date do not qualify for this five-year validity and may instead expire within 30 days to one year from the date of purchase. The actual value of the gift certificate may be applied toward another spa service, excluding gratuity and any promotional or special offers, with prior approval from management.
• Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for cash and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We do not accept SpaFinder/Spa Wish Gift Gift Certificates.
• Gift certificates can only be redeemable at LeVonne de Spa for the amount or service specified on the certificate by the expiration date indicated.
• LeVonne de Spa reserves the right to convert service-based gift certificates to cash paid for the service. At management's option and sole discretion, the cash will be equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate.

• Gift certificates are not redeemable and cannot be returned for a refund.
• Any unused gift certificate balance will be issued via a replacement gift voucher with the original certificate's expiration date.

• Suppose a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate. In that case, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference via credit card with a customer service representative or spa manager at the time of reservation and purchase.
• For security purposes, the recipient must show a valid state ID before he or she can redeem the gift certificate.
• Use and redemption of our gift certificates are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• LeVonne de Spa LLC, its agents, and vendors may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates to the purchaser or recipient only.
CANCELLATION / GIFT CERTIFICATE EXPIRATION
All of our spa treatments are thoughtfully reserved for you, and we deeply value your patronage. We kindly request that you respect LeVonne de Spa's service scheduling by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will result in a charge, resulting in the forfeiture of your paid appointment status. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these policies.
Please note that all services, including those purchased with trade accounts and gift certificates, may require a credit card to guarantee your reservation; therefore, we ask that you have your credit card ready when booking. Your credit card will be charged on the same day that you make your reservation. Services are valid for up to one year with proper cancellation. Guests who desire to purchase other services will select their preferred method of payment during thier visit. LeVonne de Spa, LLC reserves the right to invalidate gift certificates without prior notice in the event of a credit card chargeback, or any other form of disputed payment related to the gift certificate.
LeVonne de Spa is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or stolen gift certificates. Reasonable and prudent steps are taken to verify the legitimacy of a redeemer upon full redemption or at the expiration date.
LeVonne de Spa reserves the right to dishonor the gift certificate if it reasonably believes the redeemer stole it or is otherwise not the purchaser's intended beneficiary. We may also deactivate a gift certificate if we do not believe the individual presenting it for redemption has the legal right to do so.
Gift certificates are not redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate, with no exceptions.
LeVonne de Spa will not replace lost gift certificates even before the expiration date and if the original gift certificate has yet to be redeemed and has a verifiable recipient.
LeVonne de Spa reserves the right to contact gift certificate purchasers or known recipients to remind them of upcoming expiration dates.
MISCELLANEOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• LeVonne de Spa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
• LeVonne de Spa is not responsible for paper or emailed gift certificates that fail to reach their intended recipients due to factors beyond our control. We do not monitor bounced emails, and we cannot verify email receipts. The only confirmation of receipt for a gift certificate will occur if the recipient utilizes the provided URL to access it through a web browser.
• LeVonne de Spa will attempt to process email delivery requests within 72 hrs. Many email notifications are previously scheduled.
• LeVonne de Spa is not responsible for misdirected and late delivery of hard copy (paper) or digital gift certificates.
LEVONNE DE SPA, ITS AGENTS AND AFFILIATES, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We accept the following trade cards: Metro Trade Association and Trade First Association. Please note that a gratuity fee of 20-25% will be applied to purchases made online, by phone, and at our spa location. All service purchases will incur a gratuity charge within this range.
To ensure a seamless transaction, please provide your exact trade member number, member company name, billing address, and telephone number (i.e., the information associated with your trade member card or that your brokerage has on file). We also recommend including an alternate contact number for your convenience.

PERSONAL CHECKS

We LeVonne de Spa is an exclusive day spa that accepts guests who secure service reservations via complete payment(s) (cash, credit card, or PayPal). No personal checks are accepted via PayPal or at the spa location. See more information under 'Personal Checks'.
All online reservations must be secured via phone after purchase is made via the Website Shopping Cart or phone. Less than required rescheduling notice or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the scheduled service(s). An approximate 20 - 25% gratuity charge and a small transaction fee are added to all spa totals and are referred to or shown as a 'Ship' or 'Shipping & Handling' charge upon online check-out or via phone order.
When reserving an appointment via telephone, please specify how you were referred to the spa. You may be entitled to special discounts and offers. We appreciate your feedback.
Spa services, spa packages, and gift certificates are secured with full payment using a credit card at the site using the 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now' button features or the LeVonne de Spa Online Shopping Cart system. A spa service is placed on the spa's schedule only when the purchase is confirmed with online payment. All spa package parties must be reserved five (5) business days before the desired spa party date to ensure proper staffing for your particular spa event.
We are pleased to honor gift certificates for LeVonne de Spa and LeVonne de Spa, Salon + Esthetics. Please note that gift certificates cannot be applied toward online specials, discounts, or deals.
